Cancellations & Refunds

The registration fee is $200.00. If you are unable to attend the retreat, please notify us at least one week before the Thursday start date for a full refund.

If the cancellation is requested less than a week before the retreat's Thursday start date, a refund of $100.00 will be made, and the deposit of $100.00 is forfeited.

However, if a cancellation is made at any time, a request can be made for the retreatant to be put on the list for the next available retreat. Your name can simply be moved to the next retreat with no need for refunding and re-registering.
